Hydraulic notching machine

This hydraulic notching machine, as a high-efficiency curve shearing device for sheet metal, is widely used for mechanism manufacturing, cabinet manufacturing, vehicle, Household Appliances, light industry and etc.

This machine is used in cutting low carbon steel plate (Max thickness 4(6)mm, max angle length ≤250mm, notching angle 90°and tensile strength≤450 N/mm2). The cutting thickness must be changed according to the intensity of the working piece. This machine cannot be used with the max pressure of the hydraulic system exceeding 16MPA when shearing the plate with high-intensity.

This machine adopts welding structure, hydraulic drive with stable working, good rigidity and vibration resistance.

This machine with fast shearing speed, small dimensions but compact structure, single and stepping function, and the stroke of upper die frame can be adjusted to improve shearing efficiency.
